you can be On @UBacares on twitter looking for Support and the Bank will take Weeks to Solve your problem
A comment will then be made by @ubacaares to contact That number via whatsapp and you Relived Will add them to Whatsapp !
did you notice the difference ? UBA Staff allowed this @ubacaares to Scam Customers on Twitter without Deleting until People began to Cry out . This happend since July to November and it is STILL happening Now
The scammers will now send you to a FAKE UBA Customer care site where you unknowingly input your pin number
It sends you to a Scam UBA Complaints form https://my.forms.app/ubacfc/ubacomplaint247 IT IS STILL LIVE !
The Form will request for your account number and pin to ANY of your Accounts With UBA and tell you an OTP has been Sent pls confirm that OTP THE OTP IS SENT CORRECTLY , THATS WHAT WILL CONVINCE YOU IT IS UBA ( they are opening your mobile banking ON ANOTHER PHONE ) THEY LOGIN YOU HAVE NO IDEA THEY ARE IN ! they wait until they see a chance !
- They will Download UBA Mobile App on their Phone and setup your ALL YOUR ACCOUNTS ON THEIR PHONE even though you dont have ATM CARD for those accounts !!!
- and you NEVER HAVE REQUESTED FOR MOBILE BANKING ! THEY WILL CLEAN ALL YOUR ACCOUNTS AND UBA WILL SAY IT IS YOUR FAULT !
